Helen works across all types of businesses to develop and land innovative concepts, pop-ups, menus and products. Using her network of creatives, she can help to develop exciting projects that offer a unique approach to vegetable-forward dining. Helen can create & implement bespoke menus for your restaurant, whilst training both FOH & BOH teams.

Brand Collaborations

Helen can create bespoke recipes, events and content. Helen has worked with brands including Waitrose, Belazu & Abel and Cole on Instagram content, as well as with brands including Pangaia and Momo Kombucha for brand activation dinners.

Events

Helen has popped up at some of the best venues in London including Carousel and Oranj, as well as venues internationally including Tbilisi & Sri Lanka. Helen has also put on large banquets at various festivals and resorts including Wildness, Lost Village & Peligoni.

Catering

Helen is available to cater anything from a small dinner party at home to weddings and banquets - get in touch for bespoke menus and rates.

Recipe Writing

Helen’s recipes have been published in a number of publications including Vogue, Financial Times & The Guardian, as well as a number of cookbooks including Open Kitchen from the Great British Chefs team. She also covered for Nigel Slater’s column in the Observer in August 2025. Helen is available for recipe features across papers and magazines.
